• Video URLs: When you use SenseIT, you share video URLs from platforms like YouTube, TikTok, Instagram and Facebook for transcription and translation.
• Language preferences: Your selected app language and transcript language.
• Usage data: Analysis mode selection, number of videos processed, and translation history stored locally on your device.

Automatically collected information:

• Device information: Device model, operating system version, and device language for app functionality.
• Subscription status: Managed through RevenueCat and Apple; we do not collect or store payment information.

2. How We Use Your Information

• To process video URLs and provide transcription and translation services.
• To save your preferences and translation history locally on your device.
• To manage your subscription status.
• To improve and optimize our AI-powered translation services.

3. Data Storage and Security

SenseIT stores your preferences, usage history, and translation data locally on your device using Apple's UserDefaults and App Groups framework. We do not maintain user accounts or cloud databases with personal user data.

Video content is processed through third-party AI providers (including Google Gemini, OpenAI, and DeepSeek) for transcription and translation. Each provider handles data under its own privacy policy.

4. Third-Party Services

SenseIT uses the following third-party services:

• Social media platform APIs: To extract video content from YouTube, TikTok, Instagram and Facebook for transcription purposes.
• AI providers (e.g. Google Gemini, OpenAI, DeepSeek): To transcribe, translate, and analyze video text.
• RevenueCat: To manage in-app purchases and subscriptions.

5. Data Sharing

We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer your personal information to third parties. Video URLs are shared with third-party services solely for the purpose of providing the transcription and translation service you requested.

6. Children's Privacy

SenseIT is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe we have inadvertently collected such information, please contact us and we will promptly delete it.

7. Your Rights

Since your data is stored locally on your device, you have full control over it. You can:

• Delete your translation history within the app.
• Reset your preferences at any time.
• Delete the app to remove all locally stored data.
• Manage your subscription through Apple's subscription management.

8. International Data Transfers

Video URLs may be transmitted to AI processing servers located outside your country of residence. By using SenseIT, you consent to this transfer for the purpose of providing the service.
