Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using the SenseIT mobile application ("App") operated by SenseIT ("we," "our," or "us").
By downloading, installing, or using SenseIT, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.
SenseIT is an AI-powered mobile application that extracts spoken content from videos shared on platforms such as YouTube, TikTok, Instagram and Facebook, and translates that content into the user's preferred language. The App provides various analysis modes including summaries, key takeaways, narratives, and more.
SenseIT does not require a separate user account. Users are identified through their Apple ID for subscription management purposes. No personal registration information (name, email, password) is collected by the App.
Free Plan: Users may process up to 1 video per day at no cost.
SenseIT Pro: Subscribers gain unlimited daily transcriptions, priority AI processing, unlimited AI Chat, and full history access. Available as:
All payments are processed through Apple's App Store. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your iPhone Settings under Apple ID > Subscriptions.
Free Trial: The yearly plan includes a 3-day free trial. If you cancel before the trial ends, you will not be charged. After the trial, the subscription will automatically convert to a paid subscription.
SenseIT Pro provides "unlimited" transcriptions subject to a fair use limit of 1,500 videos per month. This limit exists to prevent abuse and ensure quality service for all users.

The App, including its design, code, features, and branding, is the intellectual property of SenseIT and is protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws. The transcription and translation outputs are generated by AI based on third-party video content; we make no claim of ownership over the original video content.
SenseIT processes videos from third-party platforms (YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, Facebook). We are not affiliated with these platforms. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of SenseIT complies with the terms of service of these platforms.
SenseIT is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that translations will be 100% accurate, that the service will be uninterrupted, or that the App will be compatible with all devices. AI-generated translations should not be relied upon for professional, medical, legal, or safety-critical purposes.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SenseIT shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the App.
We may terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Turkey.
All purchases are processed by Apple through the App Store. Refund requests must be submitted directly to Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com.
